- I changed my control panel password and now I can't get in.
- Passwords are case sensitive and are limited to 8 characters. If you entered a password longer than 8 characters please try entering the first 8 characters when logging into your control panel.

- If you're familiar with your email client's setup, use the following information to retrieve email from your POP account:

- After your domain is fully propagated through the system, you can upload to yourdomain.com via FTP or FrontPage Extensions.

- All CGI scripts should be uploaded to the cgi-bin folder, for your domain. Be sure to follow the instructions for the script you are uploading regarding setting permissions on the files and folders you create, as they vary from script to script

- I just signed up for your hosting, why can't I view my site?
- You must update your name servers from your domain's registrar and point your domain name to ns1.servtex.com and ns2.servtex.com. Your DNS could take up to 48 hours to resolve, depending on your ISP. You can view your site by going to www.servtex.com/~username until your DNS has resolved.
- Do your servers support ASP and/or Cold Fusion?
- ASP and Cold Fusion are windows applications, as we are a linux based provider, it is not available.
